Ability to Learn From Criticism Corporate Talk

About

Criticism relates to a thorough examination and analysis of a person’s actions or work which is directed at correcting associated faults, defects, and shortcomings. People who criticise are referred to as critiques. Criticisms are usually not pleasant. Whilst some criticisms may be positive or constructive (corrective and helpful), others may be negative or destructive (very frustrating, dispiriting and offensive).

Taking criticism is the capacity of a person to allow constructive criticisms for improvement, and being able to resist the pressure of bad or dispiriting criticisms while motivating herself to strive harder and better instead of giving up. Taking criticism is not just about taking what people say. It is also the ability to neglect distractive comments and critics whiles pushing on to accomplish an objective.
